Bellasara Could Improve

Here's a not so good review on the Bellasara Resort. You'll be the judge.

It was after check-in time when we arrived due to a flight delay and because of that, at least that'w what Bellasara claimed to be, our room was not ready/available. According to the staff, our room was given to some other guest because we failed to show up at check-in time. Since when did guests have to arrive at the check-in time right on the dot? The receptionist seemed clueless about what to do, so we asked for the manager. She offered us drinks at the bar which was better nothing. But when we asked for a room discount, the manager was reluctant and after several minutes of back & forth she said she had to check with someone else on this and sent us off to wait for our room at the bar. Sigh...

When we finally got our room, it turned out to be really nice, because we booked a suite. It had all the works you would expect from a suite, full kitchen, washer/dryer, two baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has two twins. There were loads of space and the balcony overlooked the courtyard.

I guess overall the only diasppointment was with the staff at the Bellasara Resort. We found them to be oddly reluctant to be of service. It's as if they didn't know or like their jobs. Perhaps they should be re-trained.

Bellasara Resort Review

My best friend and I went to Naples Florida for a vacation and we stayed at the Bellasara Resort and here's how we felt about the place.

The location of Bellasara Resort is definitely a big plus , it's so conveniently located. You can easily get to downtown to do shopping and restaurant hunting. To get to the beach, you only need to drive a short distance. Besides, Bellasara Resort provides shuttle to various places.

Bellasara Resort's housekeeping service was ok, could be better. They forgot to replace used glassware with clean ones for us. Check in was fine, the staff was courteous. However, the concierge wasn't so helpful, didn't seem to know too much tour info. Maybe it's just that particular person on that day. The shuttle bus driver was friendly and ready to give us lots of helpful hints though.

As far as the rooms in Bellasara Resort goes, the size is not huge but average. I was glad that they had king size beds and a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The room didn't have a sitting area (sofa) where you can sit comfortably to read the paper or something but you can always do that at the outdoor patio. I have to mention that the bathroom did have some slight problems with the sink faucet but the problem was corrected.
